I really found this book to be helpful although I am in the US and it appears to be written with specifics for the UK. My grandmother is starting to display some symptoms of dementia and we are just begining the process of getting help from her doctors. It is hard for me to figure out how to deal with some of the things she says and does and this book was very helpful in telling me what I could expect and some ways to take care of her through it. I look forward to reading some of the other books recommended at the end of this manual as well.Product details

In a word - Essential. Easily worth five stars.
I really found this book to be helpful although I am in the US and it appears to be written with specifics for the UK.
